  • Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring availability at

6. Delivery Issues

  • If an order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of
    delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

 

Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are handled with strict quality and
safety checks.

 


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrongproduct delivered

  • Product damaged or leaked during transit

  • Product expired at the time of delivery

 

   Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  1. Product has been opened or partially consumed

  2. Return request is made due to taste preference

  3. Damageoccurred after delivery

  4. Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability

 

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Photos or videos of the product clearly showing the issue

  • Requests without proof may be rejected.

 

3. Return Approval

  • Oncewereceive andreview the request, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.

  • Approved returns may require the product to be shipped back or disposed of (depending on the product type).

 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after return approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

 

5. Replacement Option

  • In somecases, we mayofferareplacementinsteadofarefund, based on availability and customer preference.
